Learning isn’t just about presenting information; it’s about helping people gain the confidence to do something they couldn’t do before.
Throughout my career, I’ve designed learning experiences for software users, dealership employees, hobbyists, and online audiences. Whether the solution is a structured learning academy, a step-by-step guide, a YouTube tutorial, or hands-on training, my goal is always the same: reduce confusion, remove friction, and help people succeed.
Featured Projects
Creating a Marketing Course for Curious.com
In 2014, Curious.com invited me to create a self-paced Twitter marketing course after discovering my software tutorials on YouTube. I designed a 15-lesson learning experience with presentations, videos, and 50 knowledge-check questions. The course ultimately enrolled more than 900 learners and helped launch the next phase of my training career.
Redesigning an Enterprise Software Training Program
I redesigned a learning academy experience to make product training more accessible, scalable, and user-focused. By restructuring content, creating role-based learning paths, and developing self-service resources, I helped users find the information they needed faster while improving onboarding and long-term product adoption.
Building the Simple Software Tutorials Learning Platform
Designed and maintained a self-service software learning platform consisting of instructional videos, supporting documentation, downloadable resources, and searchable written content to help users learn Microsoft Office tools independently.
