Great user experiences come from understanding how people think, anticipating where they’ll struggle, and designing solutions that make their goals easier to accomplish.
Throughout my work, I’ve collaborated with UX designers, developers, product teams, and end users to improve software experiences. My role has often been connecting those perspectives—bringing user insights into product discussions, identifying opportunities to reduce friction, and helping translate ideas into practical, intuitive solutions.
I like to understand what success looks like before deciding how to get there.
One approach that has served me well is imagining the complete experience before deciding what to build first. Having a clear vision of where a product is ultimately headed makes it easier to prioritize features, support future growth, and create a more cohesive experience over time.
While I don’t consider myself a full-time UX designer or software developer, I enjoy working at the intersection of design, usability, and communication. Whether I’m creating interface mockups, researching user needs, writing product requirements, or collaborating with development teams, my focus is always on helping people accomplish their goals with less confusion and greater confidence.
