Documentation is one of the highest-leverage investments an organization can make. It reduces onboarding time, preserves institutional knowledge, improves consistency, and empowers people to work more independently. Whether I’m documenting a software platform, a business process, or a physical product, my goal is to create resources that continue delivering value long after the original project is complete.
My background in Communication, combined with years of experience working alongside product teams, marketers, trainers, developers, and operations leaders, has taught me that the best documentation isn’t written after a project is finished. It’s designed alongside the product, process, or experience itself.
