The best marketing doesn’t end when the customer sees it. It continues through every interaction they have with the organization.
Visual design is about more than creating something that looks good. Done well, it helps people understand information, recognize what’s important, and confidently take the next step.
Throughout my career, much of my design work has supported larger marketing and communication efforts. Whether creating website graphics, brochures, product mockups, or promotional materials, I try to look beyond the individual piece and consider how it fits into the overall experience. Customers don’t see marketing one asset at a time – they experience a series of touchpoints that should feel connected and intentional.
